Order Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team at admin@alshugaacomputers.com or via Phone: 8001161162 , 0112165868.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • You may return the product after delivery under the Return Policy (see below).

Special Conditions:

  • Custom orders, software licenses, and digital products may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery (or as required by law) if:
    • The product is unused and in original condition.
    • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are intact.

Exclusions:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Products that are customized, personalized, or digital/ downloadable.
  • Normal wear and tear, consumables, or batteries unless defective.

Process:

  2. Provide your order number, invoice, and reason for return.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product to our return address or deliver it to our authorized service center.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will:
    • Issue a full refund to the original payment method, or
    • Provide a replacement if requested and available.
  • Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days after product inspection.

3. Warranty-Related Returns

  • Products found defective during the warranty period are eligible for repair or replacement under our Warranty Policy.
  • Contact support with your invoice and product details to initiate a warranty claim.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Shipping costs for returns initiated by the customer are typically borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
